Senior Pastor- Cody Harlow
Pastor Cody is our leader that casts the vision and keeps our church focused on the purpose of loving God and loving people. Our goal is to share the Gospel and make fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ! Cody preaches the whole counsel of God's Word unapologetically, shepherds our flock, and spends time in prayer.
Cody and his wife, Amber, have been at our church since 2016. They have five children- Malachi, Lillian, Josiah, Abigail, and David. They spend family time exploring the Lake, fishing, serving the Lord, and worshipping.
Cody enjoys being creative, smoking meat, reading, being outside, and playing board games. He's an avid theologian who reads 20-30 books a year. You should send him an email and grab lunch sometime!

Minister of Worship and Youth- Austin Bryant
Austin Bryant joined our staff in February of 2021. He spends his time serving our church through preparing for worship, leading our student ministry, and providing wisdom in a challenging age in the culture.
Austin married Deborah in June 2018 and together they live a life of ministry and fellowship. They can be found hosting friends, playing with their dog Penny, and exploring the community.
Austin loves music, playing games, dry humor, and connecting with friends! If you have any questions, you can email him!

Director of Children's Ministry-

Our former Children's Ministry Director is moving back to Illinois. We are sad for Nicholas and Katrina to move back but are glad they will be closer to their family and the calling they feel like the Lord has on their lives.

Wee Care Director- Susie Ginnings
Susie Ginnings has been the Wee Care Ministry Director of FBCC since July, 1984. She grew up at in this church and surrendered to full-time Christian service here when she was 17 years old. Susie graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a Bachelors degree in Religious Studies, Sociology and Psychology. Upon graduation, she served 3 years at FBC House Springs as Minister of Youth and Outreach. She then married the man of her dreams, Rick Ginnings, at House Springs and together they have shared 35 wonderful years. They have 5 children - David, Amy, Steve, Joey & Corey. Even after working 31 years at Wee Care, Susie still wakes up each morning excited to see all “her little friends” and how God is working in their lives. Wee Care provides a “home away from home” for 135 children.

Church Secretary- Taylor Fahrer
Taylor joined the FBC staff in August of 2022. Taylor graduated from Iberia High School in May of 2019. She met Preston Fahrer in January of 2019 they got married March 25th of 2020. Preston and Taylor welcomed their newest addition, Gracelynn Skye on February 15, 2023. Taylor enjoys playing music. Her favorite instrument is the bass guitar which she uses to serve on the Worship Team. She also serves on the Welcome Team with her husband. When she's not being a secretary or serving she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Financial Secretary- Nancy McKinney
Nancy McKinney serves as financial secretary. Nancy joined the FBC staff after retiring from a 35-year career teaching high school mathematics, the last 32 years in the Camdenton R-3 School District. She is a lifelong native of Camden County and has called FBC-Camdenton her church home since 1965. God has blessed her with many friends and family members, especially her three sons Ryan, Nathan, and Sam. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
